What is coaching?


Coaching is relationship that requires trust, vulnerability, and accountability from the coach and the coachee. As a coach, Megan supports people to get what they want by being with them in an open, inquisitive, and challenging way. This is true whether the coaching is 1:1 or with a group. Clients leave empowered to say, do, and be whomever they want in order to achieve the results they desire.

Who comes to Megan for coaching?


  • Executives, attorneys, and management feeling a lack of zeal in their careers and lives, looking to harmonize work, family, and social life based on their own values.

  • Small business owners seeking to take their business and personal lives to the next level.

  • Professionals stuck in their careers, ready to pivot but not sure where to go or how to get there.

What can I expect in individual coaching?

  • A plan: co-creating a coaching plan design with your purpose and intended outcomes over 12 – 16 weeks.

  • One on one time: 45 – 55 minute coaching sessions scheduled regularly to explore what gets in your way and what excites you.​

  • Intervening: I will intervene in your stories and interrupt negative self-talk so you can decide where you want to go and how you will get there.

  • Action: commitments and declarations to action by the end of each coaching session.

  • Accountability – we look together at what you did and what resulted. I will help you find what works for you and help you stop beating yourself over perceived failures.

  • Letting go – working together so you can let go of the voice that says you’re not enough, you should have done more, or you’ll never reach your dreams. You can and you will.

  • Evolving: I use powerful questions and reflecting back so you can accelerate into your next evolution, whether it be finding harmony between work and personal life, pivoting to a new career, or launching your new business.​

What is group coaching?

In addition to being part of a group, participants in group coaching learn about the process of coaching so that group members can engage in laser-focused mini-coaching sessions and hold each other accountable for both group and individual commitments.
Group coaching involves 5-6 individuals with some overlap in their desired outcomes - such as small business owners growing their businesses; attorneys wanting to transition to small firm or solo practice; educators feeling burned out and wanting to spark energy and life into their career and personal lives. 
Groups work with Megan to create a collective purpose, as well as receive individual coaching plans. Working with a group requires a different kind of vulnerability to share, learn, and grow. 

How do I know if it’s the right fit?

  • All excellent coaches will tell you to talk with more than one coach. Why? Because we know that working with a coach to level up requires trust and vulnerability.

  • You and I will have an exploration call before you make your decision so you can experience coaching with me and we can get a sense of how we might work together.


What’s an “Exploration Call”?

  • 45 – 60 minutes of time so we get to know one another.

  • 30 minutes of coaching on a topic of your choice.

  • Time for you to ask questions about packages and rates.

  • Time for me to learn more about you and what I can do to inspire you to growth and change.
